Perhaps, best known for her book, The Hiding Place, Corrie Ten Boom and her family were also known for their great love of the Jewish people. This manifested itself under the Nazi regime, during World War II, when she and her family hid and smuggled Jews in Holland. Unfortunately, Corrie was caught and ended up in a concentration camp where she suffered greatly. She miraculously survived that experience and when she was released, she went on to become an international inspirational speaker for Christ.
